Creative Process

1. Select a design package that is best for you.
2. Follow our sign-up process to submit your order.
3. We will contact you and help you fill out your creative brief, which we will send by email for your approval. Upon submission of the creative brief, we will inform you by email that your project is in progress.
4. Within 3 business days for logo and 7 days for the maven package, we will send you your designs.
5. Email us your proposed revision. Within 2 business days, we will send you your proposed revision.
6. You will get your final logo or website by email when you are satisfied with the last revision.
7. After you finalize your logo, we’ll format it for immediate download so you can start using it right away. Or, you can contact your personal account manager who will gladly send you the files you need in the format you desire.
